Subscription Boxes might seem tempting but maybe you’re not sure about a few things. That’s what this page is for.

What is a subscription box?

It’s a collection of products packaged together. In a box. Each one is built around a specific story or theme, with the goal of introducing you to something new – a better way to shave, a stylish take on barware, a new hobby, stuff like that.

What type of products will I recieve?

We have a wide variety from apparel to merchandise to lifestyle and everything in between. We focus all our efforts on creating sleek products for men.

How frequently will I get this box?

We have a model with flexible frequency. You can either opt for a monthly box, or even get it once every 2 months or once every 3 months.

Can I pause my account?

Yes! Let’s say you’re out on holiday, or have bought a bunch of things this month and don’t need new ones, then you can either skip out on a box or decide to take a break if and when required.

Will sizing not be an issue?

Not at all. We have a quiz through which we get to know your correct fit. Our size chart will get a detailed look into what’s best for you, so you never have any problems with the products you recieve.

When do you ship boxes? How long do they take to reach?

On the 25th of each month we get all the boxes ready to be sent for delivery right to you. Depending on your location, it should take approximately 4-6 days for the box to reach you.

Where all do you ship to?

At the moment we are shipping all across India.

Where do I find tracking information for my box?

We’ll be sending out an email to you each month, right before the box is ready for shipment. You’ll find a tracking link included in that mail.

How do I update my shipping address?

You can do so by going to the personal details section in your profile. Click right here.

Can I return a product in case it’s damaged or
it doesn’t fit?

Most certainly. We strongly believe that you shouldn’t have to pay a high cost for something you don’t like.

How do I return a product?

You can file a return by clicking right here or by going on the returns section in your user profile. Choose the product you wish to return an we’ll make it happen.

How long does it take to get a replaced product?

We’ll be sending you a new and replaced product with your box in the coming month.

What gifting options do you have?

You can choose to send out a gift box or a gift coupon. We’d say go with the gift coupon in case you’re not sure about their sizing.

How long do gift cards stay valid for?

The gift card will be good to use for a period of one year after it’s been issued.

How can the recipient access the gift card?

We’ll be providing you with a gift code. Click right here to jump to the page where you can enter it and redeem it.

Can you help me with a bulk / corporate order?

Is it billed monthly or annually for the boxes?

Our subscription is charged for on a monthly basis for a year. You can wish to renew your subscription after that and continue receiving our products.

Can the billing address be different from the shipping address?

Yes. Your billing address and shipping address need not be the same. All you have to do is provide us with both of them.
